Photography Project Needs Your Help!
7/9/2012 UPDATE: Thanks to all of our supports, we reached our goal! Please visit the Kickstarter website for details.
As a non-profit arts education organization, Young Audiences New Jersey raises money to bring programming to underserved communities. Every summer for the past 12 years, we have been able to run The Ennis Beley Photography Project, an intensive summer program that introduces youth in Trenton, who would normally not have access to a summer program like this, to the art of photography. We bring professional photographers in to work with students to teach them the ins and outs of photography and how to use this medium as a means of self-expression. Anyone who has been to the culminating exhibit of this program knows the amazing work the students create.
This year, we need your help. We currently do not have the funds to run the program this summer. Please check out our Kickstarter page by clicking on the image above and learn about what inspired Young Audiences New Jersey to create the program, see some of the students work and donate if you can! We have until June 23rd @ 8am to raise the money. Every dollar helps to keep The Ennis Beley Photography Project alive!
