Students will build their personal artistry by creating original artwork inspired by a piece of music or a poem. Students will gain critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they translate the abstract song or poem into a concrete image. They will also build their visual vocabulary of color, shape and line, using these elements to express their emotions.
