Description

A play set in a live-action video game where the levels get harder and harder, and you don’t get to quit playing! Your students pick their avatars from two of the BTE actors: Sam (the hero) and Pig (the sidekick) and choose the path that they must take through the game/play.  Students help identify and navigate the hero’s debilitating anxiety (or Zombie Thoughts) as it gets in the way of winning the game. Through their adventure, Sam and Pig teach SEL principles to help students manage their own emotions and to advocate for their friends who may have a hard time negotiating emotional stress.
