- The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities (NJCDD) is partnering with The Arc of New Jersey to process requests for emergency funding from any individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), their families, and any qualified community-based organizations that provide supports to people with I/DD who are affected by the statewide COVID-19 response.
